Southern Regional Hospital Administrator, Nasley Sommerville
Nasley Sommeville, Administrator at the Southern Regional Hospital who is accused of lifting almost Four hundred Thousand Belize Dollars of tax payers’ money from the Maternal Child Health fund at the Southern Regional Hospital in Dangriga will appear before the Public Service Commission on Tuesday, August 5, 2014.
NBZLive has confirmed that Sommerville was duly served with relevant documents ordering her to appear. Since the gross misappropriation was discovered in October of last year, Sommerville has been on suspension with half salary, Although reports were purportedly made to the police for criminal charges to be brought against her – police have displayed no urgency to pick her up. Ministry of Health officials have been less that forthright on why no criminal charges have been brought.
